Can I post jobs on your site?

Yes, you can. Our website attracts hundreds of high-calibre professionals; also we can alert candidates fitting your requirements from the pool of over 300,000 registered with us. Posting of jobs is done off-line. Please click here to initiate the process.

Can I search for resumes of candidates online?

We believe in adding value. To our clients and the candidates registered with us. To do this, we believe that we need to understand our clients and the requirements just as we understand our candidates and their needs. We also believe that it is better for our clients if the candidates are presented the opportunity and allowed to make an informed choice about pursuing the option presented. And the best way of doing this in our opinion is for an experienced recruiter from our company to be involved in the process. So, we do not provide access to the candidate database.

If I have a requirement to fill, how does it work?

First, we need to understand your company, the requirement, and the compensation & benefits package and the time-lines. An experienced recruitment will gather the requirements and fill a requirement template. Our team executes the assignment - present candidates that closely match your requirement after the necessary validations, understand your feedback, coordinate interviews and hand-hold the process until a candidate that meets your needs accepts the offer and joins your company.

How are your fees structured for candidate referral?

Our fees are structured as a percentage of the annual compensation offered by you to the candidate referred by us. The fees are payable only when the candidate referred by us joins your company.

What is the normal time required by you to fill a position?

The time required to fill a position depends on various factors such as availability of the skills, seniority of the position, the role and compensation package offered by you, the perception of your company by the candidates, the location of the position, etc. Typically, we close junior level positions in 3 to 6 working days. Senior level positions can take from 2 months to 6 months to fill.

Do you offer manpower on contract?

Yes, we do. We offer temporary staffing solutions for officer and executive category employees only.

Will you solicit my employees for other jobs? How can I be sure that you will not?

We never solicit the employees of any of our clients for jobs with other clients. You have our word for that. Our business is managed ethically, and this assurance is guaranteed for every client that we sign up. This will be vouched by any and every existing client of ours.

Why should I use consultants when I can source candidates through advertisements and job-portals?

The good candidates that you are looking for are not always looking for a job. Most of them are passive; many of them do not even have a current CV. Probably, they don't have the time to make one. It is not likely that they will respond to your advertisements or post their CV on a job-site. We know many of them. And we also know that the position that you offer may interest them if presented rightly.
